Angelina Jolie has beaten the likes of Nobel Peace Prize winner Malala Yousafzai, Hillary Clinton and even the Queen to be named the most admired woman in the world.

According to a new poll of 25,000 people, the actress, director, mother-of-six and UN special envoy was most worthy of respect internationally.

However, the YouGov study found that Brits still voted Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II into the top spot nationally - just pushing Judi Dench into second place.

ane Bowers has lifted the lid about the night when former flame Katie Price attempted an overdose, moments after he ended their turbulent relationship.

The 35-year-old – who dated the Celebrity Big Brother star from 1998 to 2000 – revealed Katie ended up taking pills just a few hours after they split.

‘Her speech was slurred and she told me she had done “something stupid” and taken an overdose. My heart dropped,’ the singer told The Sun newspaper.

 

However, jealousy appeared to be a factor in their relationship with Price suspecting him of cheating on her, and Bowers asking her to give up topless modelling.

Meanwhile, it was only a few days ago that Katie openly talked about the effect the demise of her romance with Dane had on her.

When Kavana asked her who was the love of her life ‘pre Kieran [Hayler, her current husband]’, she surprised the group by saying former CBB Housemate Dane.

Katie explained to her CBB housemates that it was ‘the first time my heart got properly broken’.

Dane has now revealed his shock that his former girlfriend is still talking about their two-year relationship.......

Her raven locks were teased into high volume curls which framed her pretty features and she was sporting a golden glow and smoky eye make-up which gave her look a dramatic flourish.

Whodunit? A clue to EastEnders' Lucy Beale's mystery killer to be given live during the National Television Award

It has been one of the biggest 'whodunit' stories in recent soap history. 

And now TV viewers will be able to get one step closer as to who killed EastEnders' Lucy Beale, as a huge hint will be shown live during the National Television Awards on Wednesday night.

Lucy, who was played by actress Hetti Bywater, was murdered in one of the BBC One soap's biggest murder plot lines last year.

Jen Aniston: 'I'm a control freak'

Jennifer Aniston continues her highly successful ‘what snub?’ tour today in The Hollywood Reporter, and in the new profile, she gets real about one thing. “I’m a control freak,” she admits.

“I like to be in charge of everything. My life was so out of control growing up, it’s very important today for it to be in control.” Even now, she says, “I have to bite my tongue sometimes if I’m on a movie, when I think I can figure out how to make this problem that they’re having go smoothly. I just bite my tongue, especially with a [bad] director. Some directors are just like — oh, God, oh God, oh God! I [have to] just suffer through this.”

On the invasive kids convo: “Listen,” she says, “that’s a topic that’s so exhausted. I get nervous around that, just because it’s very personal. Who knows if it’s going to happen? It’s been a want. We’re doing our best.”

On her on-off relationship with her mother, Nancy: “She was critical. She was very critical of me. Because she was a model, she was gorgeous, stunning. I wasn’t. I never was. I honestly still don’t think of myself in that sort of light, which is fine. She was also very unforgiving. She would hold grudges that I just found so petty.”
